Speedy/Rapid Cash

Speedy/Rapid Cash (SRC) is a financial company that focuses on providing loans, and other financial services, to unbanked or underbanked customers. In it’s more than 25 years of operation, the SRC brand has undergone many transformations and evolutions, and the 2021 Modern Update was a big one.

The Modern Update brought a new palette of colors to the SRC brand, adding vibrant blues and teals, as well as a bright lime green; all of which coordinated with the core SRC green and red. In addition to the new colors, a new visual elements were added, including a new series of icons and an updated style of photography.

More than any of the visual updates a change to the voice and tone of SRC was introduced. For the Modern Update SRC developed a wry sense of humor, being both clever, and a little silly when needed. Many customers that come to SRC are in a crisis, or have an emergency need for a loan, and this fun addition to the brand personality was added as a response to that. We wanted to put customers at ease, and make them feel like they made the right choice coming to SRC.
